Dr. Darren McAuley is a board-certified physician in osteopathic manual medicine, sports medicine, and pain management with over 23 years of military medical service. He’s treated elite athletes, veterans, and civilians using advanced therapies including hormone optimization, peptides, and regenerative medicine. As founding Chair of Osteopathic Principles at Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine, he combines academic leadership with clinical expertise—bringing a deep, hands-on approach to every patient protocol at Beyond Better Biology.

Dr. Sean Martin is a board-certified physician in Sports and Family Medicine with a career rooted in elite military, athletic, and performance medicine. A graduate of the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he has treated Olympic and collegiate athletes and served as the first Sports Medicine Physician for Air Force Special Operations. At Beyond Better Biology, he specializes in advanced, performance-driven care to optimize recovery, prevent injury, and elevate how patients live and perform.
